- 3 avocados (make sure they are ripe)
- 2 limes – juiced
- ½ red onion finely diced
- Handful of coriander finely chopped
- 2 green chilies deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 tsp chipotle paste
- Sea salt
- Halve the avocados and remove the stones then using a spoon scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and using a potato masher smash all the ingredients together.
